Amber tells us she was walking on North 85th Street and Fremont Avenue North early Monday evening when she saw four or five boys on the sidewalk threatening a woman pushing a stroller.
(She) had to go around them just as I was turning onto Linden street. It was at that point I heard one of the boys threaten to kill the woman, and her baby.
My back was turned so I could not see which boy made the threat. After I got home I called 911, and the dispatcher said they had also received a report from someone else.
This all happened around 5-5:30pm – after dark. People need to be safe out there.
