That helicopter you saw over Greenwood early this afternoon was for a domestic violence incident between two sisters. From the SPD Blotter:

Officers arrested a woman after she cut her sister on the head with a knife during a domestic violence disturbance in North Seattle early this afternoon.

At approximately 1:25 p.m. officers responded to a house in the 9000 block of 7th Avenue NW for the report of a domestic violence assault involving a weapon. Preliminary investigation indicates that two sisters got into a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation resulting in one sister cutting the other on the forehead with a steak knife. The suspect, a 21-year-old female, surrendered to responding officers upon their arrival on scene. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the North Precinct for further investigation.

The victim, a 17-year-old female, was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect was booked into the King County Jail for felony domestic violence assault.

This remains an active and on-going investigation.
