Update: The wallet has been found!
Earlier: Cintli tells us that while trying to unstick her frozen car doors this morning, she placed her wallet on the top of the car. She then forgot about it and drove away. It fell off somewhere between NW 85th Street and NW 80th Street, and 6th Avenue NW and 13th Ave NW.
