The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.
The agenda includes discussion of a neighborhood effort to create a residential parking zone on the south side of Woodland Park Zoo. We will also be discussing the Woodland Park Zoo’s Wildlights event with the goal of providing feedback to the zoo to help minimize impacts on the neighborhood in future years for Wildlights and similar events.
