Still time to get free trees for your yard

In August we told you about Seattle reLeaf, a program that provides free trees for residential yards. The program is just about to end for the fall, but it does still have two kinds of trees available: western red cedar and fernleaf beech (photo below). The deadline to apply for free trees is Oct. 21. You can apply online.
