The Phinney Neighborhood Association wants your help in choosing the design for a new bike rack for its soon-to-be-constructed community plaza. They’ve selected three finalists. Vote for your favorite this Friday at the Phinney Farmers Market or in front of Greenwood Hardware (or at next Friday’s Farmers Market).
