Car Show, pancake breakfast happening in Greenwood-Phinney right now

by | Jun 25, 2011

Just a reminder that the huge annual Greenwood Car Show is happening along Greenwood Avenue North right now, until 4 p.m. today. The street is closed so that more than 700 cars can be parked for maximum ogling by tens of thousands of people. Don’t forget that it’s a fundraiser for the Greenwood Food Bank, so bring a few cans of food to drop into the bins located throughout the show.
The Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N. 85th St., is hosting a pancake breakfast until 11 a.m. today. Cost is $5 per person or $15 per family. All proceeds support the Senior Center’s programs.
