Red Mill signs 10-year lease for new Ballard restaurant

Our sister site My Ballard reports that Red Mill Burgers has signed a 10-year lease to take over the former Totem House location next to the Ballard Locks. Owner John Shepherd told My Ballard they plan to gut the interior of  the building at 3058 NW 54th St. and will have expanded outdoor seating.

Red Mill currently has restaurants in Phinney Ridge and Interbay. The Ballard Red Mill hopes to open in September. You can read the full story here.
