A child’s BMX-style bike was found in the lower parking lot of the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N. They’re not sure if it was stolen and then dumped, or in an accident and abandoned, because the front brake was unconnected and dangling.
If it’s yours and you want it back, contact the PNA at 206-783-2244 to describe it. For now, they’re keeping it in a secure location.
