by | May 18, 2010

The Phinney Ridge Community Council’s annual meeting and election of board members is from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., in the Blue Building.

Meeting starts with pizza at 6:30 and includes an informative session on neighborhood-based emergency preparedness by Seattle’s Office of Emergency Management.
We will have election of board and officers and will do a community “survey” to identify top civic issues of concern in the neighborhood.
The nominating committee is soliciting interest in open board positions. The PRCC has 15 board members including 3 officers. Board members serve staggered two year terms.
Contact any of the committee for more information. Irene Wall at [email protected] or Susan Wagner at [email protected] or Diane Duthweiler at [email protected].

The PRCC defines Phinney Ridge boundaries as North 75th to North 46th streets, and between Aurora Avenue North and 8th Avenue NW.
