Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting an open house on the Sandel Park play area renovations from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 27.

The public is encouraged to attend, meet the design team, and learn about the changes that are coming to this park. The renovation project, identified in the Parks and Green Spaces Levy, will provide new play equipment for children ages 2 -12, site improvements to enhance safety, and access improvements to facilitate use by all park visitors.

Sandel Park is at 9053 1st Ave. NW. For more information, contact Project Manager Kelly Davidson by email or at 206-684-0998, or check out the project’s website.
