McGinn to be sworn in as mayor today

Greenwood resident Mike McGinn will be sworn in as Seattle’s new mayor at 2 p.m. today. The public is welcome to attend the Seattle City Council meeting, at Seattle City Hall, 600 Fourth Ave., Floor 2. There’s also a public reception afterwards at 3 p.m. in the Bertha Knight Landes room on Floor 1.
