MyBallard reports that Fresh Flours on Phinney Ridge is expanding to a second coffee/pastry shop in Ballard.
The new bakery will be next door to the new Bastille restaurant on Ballard Avenue. With a bigger kitchen,they hope to expand their selection to include baguettes and sandwiches. They hope to open in November.
