Seattle Department of Transportation will build a missing portion of the sidewalk on Third Avenue NW between NW 85th and NW 86th streets starting on Wednesday. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. No on-street parking will be allowed in the construction area. The work will take about two weeks.
