James sent us these photos of a mounted police officer patroling Green Lake on Wednesday.
Seattle Police Department spokeswoman Renee Witt told me that the mounted patrol is a summer time program for certain areas where large groups of people gather. “So it’s probably something you guys will see more of,” she said.
