Greenwood area sports pub for sale?

February 9th, 2009 · Comments

Stumbled across this cryptic posting of a “Sports Pub Greenlake / Greenwood” for sale while doing a search for something else:

2,000 leasable SF, seating for 80 with outdoor seating, class I hood with a class H liquor license, 17 taps, pool tables, dart boards, walk-in cooler, with outdoor seating. Located in a high foot traffic area with great street visibility and many new condos and homes. Hours of operation are 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. This is a turn-key operation in a “Hip” area of town.

The asking price is $440,000 and the reason listed for selling is “family.” It’s the business only, not the building it’s in, that’s for sale according to the agent. The agent wouldn’t give more details without a signed non-disclosure agreement, which pretty much would have made this post impossible.

No address is listed for the business and I won’t get it without the NDA, so I can only speculate which pub it might be. Read the listing here.
