Phinney man one of 4 Library Passport winners

An amazing 356 people completed the Seattle Public Library’s Passport program, which required getting a stamp from each of the system’s 27 libraries. All those names were thrown into a drawing for a special book lover’s bag prize – and Phinney Ridge resident Thomas Koepsell was one of the four lucky winners last Wednesday.
