Naked City to install brew tanks

by | Jan 12, 2009

The City has conditionally approved Naked City’s request to add brew tanks to their restaurant/bar at 8564 Greenwood Ave. N. Naked City opened in October. Minors are allowed in the restaurant portion.

As part of the new and improved Naked City Taphouse, two brew tanks will be added in the back, and minors won’t be permitted after 10 p.m. Food service will continue at all hours.
Naked City’s owners wrote in their application that the brew system will recirculate the steam, so nothing will be vented outside. They are also required to prominently post signs asking patrons leaving the bar to keep the noise level down since there are a lot of residential units nearby.
