PNA looking for new board members

The Phinney Neighborhood Association is looking for dedicated people to help lead the PNA in its mission of connecting neighbors and building community. Board members serve for three years, beginning in January each year. Responsibilities include attending monthly board meetings and serving on at least one board committee.
The PNA just signed a deal with the Seattle School District to purchase its home of the last 27 years, the John B. Allen School, at Greenwood Avenue and N. 67th St. A $12 million capital campaign is underway to repair and improve the Phinney Center to make it even more of a community resource. All of which means board members will have their hands full, but they’ll be in on the ground floor of something big and exciting.
If you’d like to join the board, contact PNA Executive Director Ed Medeiros or Development Director Ann Bowden at 206-783-2244.
