Zak and Zoe grand opening this weekend

Zak and Zoe dog boutique at Greenwood Avenue and NW 74th St. has been open for a few weeks, but its grand opening celebration is this Saturday and Sunday.
Celebration activities are from 12-6 p.m. Saturday and 11-4 p.m. Sunday (see their website for the complete schedule). Special guests include dog trainer Grisha Stewart from Ahimsa Dog Training, Jennifer Streit from Hands to Paws Small Animal Massage, as well as artists, a pet photographer, dog couture designer, pet sitter and animal first aid instructor, and a couple of adorable dogs from Ginger’s Pet Rescue.
Owner Nadja Chorba Wiese used to make chocolates before getting into the dog business, but she’s putting her talents to use with these doggie treats (suitable for human consumption):
