by | Dec 5, 2016

Just a reminder that the NW Design Review Board will hear comments and provide its recommendation on the residential project proposed for 9039 Greenwood Ave. N. (where the Volunteers of America Greenwood Food Bank used to be) at a meeting tonight (Monday), at 8 p.m. at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.

The proposal is for a six-story building with 78 apartments, six live-work units, and parking for 44 vehicles. The existing building will be demolished. The new building will be called Greenwood Apartments.

You also can email comments regarding site planning and design issues to [email protected].
