4 cars vandalized overnight at 72nd and Palatine

Heather tells us that this morning she saw four cars parked at North 72nd Street and Palatine Avenue in Phinney Ridge were vandalized. She says it looks like they were damaged with a bat or some other tool, and not sideswiped by another car.

One door handle was almost pried off but she didn’t see any tool scratch marks around it, so she wondered if someone would be able to do that with their bare hands.

She called 911 to report it, but the police said only registered owners can make a report. She tried knocking on doors this morning but no one answered.

If you own one of these cars, please call Seattle Police to make a report.
