Woodland Park Players presents ‘Oklahoma’ at Roosevelt High March 18-19

by | Mar 1, 2016

Our neighborhood’s new musical theater group Woodland Park Players is presenting its first production, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s classic “Oklahoma!” on March 18-19 at Roosevelt High School auditorium, 1410 NE 66th St.

Tickets range from $15-$25 and are available online.

The Woodland Park Players is a brand new adult community musical theater company, which draws from the many known–and newly discovered–talents of Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Fremont and Green Lake. Open to any adult member of the Woodland Park community, the Players are not only actors, but also musicians, dancers, set-builders, costume designers and technical crew who live or work in the neighborhood.

Together, we are committed to keeping the arts alive by producing one family-friendly musical a year. We donate all proceeds to arts programs at our neighborhood public schools. Baked goods and drinks will be available in the lobby at both performances. To find out more or to become involved, contact producer Linda Joss, [email protected] or visit us at woodlandparkplayers.org.
