Fran tells us she saw a recycling truck this morning leaving piles of broken glass in the road at every stop it made. She observed glass all down NW 77th and 78th streets, as well as 3rd and 6th avenues.
She called the city to have it cleaned up.
Did anyone else notice the same thing?
