by | Apr 10, 2014

The owners of Metropolis on Phinney Ridge are ready to retire so they’ve put the greeting card and gift store up for sale, according to the store’s Facebook page.

“This is a great opportunity for someone to own a unique and established business in a loving and growing community of loyal customers,” according to the Facebook post.

The store has been on Phinney Ridge for more than 33 years. The asking price is $55,000, which includes everything inside the store. Co-owner Terry Heiman is willing to help during the transition period. Direct inquiries to him at [email protected].
