Beppa Studio’s annual Holiday Sale is from 4-8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 7700 6th Ave. NW. The sale features Beppa clothing, vintage carded buttons, Diane Norris and Sylvia Lupper jewelry, and more.

Tippy Stockton Handcrafted Jewelry Trunk Show, from 5-9 p.m. Friday at The Flourish Collection, 7406 Greenwood Ave. N.

Monthly Art Up & Chow Down Artwalk in Phinney-Greenwood at dozens of art galleries and other businesses along Phinney/Greenwood avenues, from 6-9 p.m. Friday. See the Artwalk website for a full list of participating venues, featured artists, and restaurants offering Artwalk specials.

Couth Buzzard Books, 8310 Greenwood Ave. N., presents Max de Bernardi & Veronica Sbergia — Pacific NW Folklore Society Coffee House Concert, from 7:30-10 p.m. Friday; Eric Apoe, Reggie Miles, Annie O’Neill In Concert, from 7:30-10 p.m. Saturday; and Kenny Mandell’s Music Improv Session with Randy Doak and Lamar Lofton from 7-9 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle School Board Member Sherry Carr meets with constituents from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bethany Community Church, 8023 Green Lake Dr. N. in the Christian Education Building. Expect a lot of parents concerned about Seattle Public Schools’ final proposal for enrollment growth boundaries, released last Friday and which contained a lot of changes. The board votes on the proposal Nov. 20.

Woodland Park Zoo’s four lion cubs turn 1 today (Friday).

With a year of healthy growth alongside their mother, Adia, Woodland Park Zoo’s animal management staff is now making plans to move the cubs to other zoos in 2014. The cubs will become part of the Species Survival Plan, a conservation breeding program across accredited zoos, and will someday birth new cubs of their own.

Martino’s Smoked Meats & Eatery, 7410 Greenwood Ave. N., begins serving breakfast sandwiches on the weekends, starting tomorrow at 9 a.m.

Community Yard Sale at Kapka Cooperative School, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Neighborhood Toy Store Day at Top Ten Toys, 124 N. 85th St., from 12-7 p.m. Saturday.

PNA Beer Taste from 7-10 p.m. Saturday, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

Johnson, Miller, & Dermody in concert from 8-10 p.m. Saturday at Empty Sea Studios, 6300 Phinney Ave. N.

Live Jazz Showcase from 8-10 p.m. Sunday at Tim’s Tavern, S602 N. 105th St.

Take a class on How To Brew A Beer from 7-9 p.m. Monday at Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

And looking ahead to next week, Seattle Public Utility’s garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup is on normal schedule on Monday, Veterans Day. The North and South Recycling and Disposal stations also will be open.
