Art On The Ridge moving to Woodinville, Avanti Art & Design moving 3 blocks north

by | Dec 10, 2012

Art on the Ridge, which opened at 8005 Greenwood Ave. N. two-and-a-half years ago, will move to Woodinville, where Owner Nicole Stremlow Monahan, lives.
From her letter to gallery customers and friends:

I have had such a great experience getting to know the art lovers of the neighborhood and all the wonderful artists. I cannot thank all of you enough for enriching my life with this experience. I will miss you so much.
My personal Art & Design services, classes, and Illustration services will continue from Woodinville in a tranquil studio nestled in the woods with surrounding trails and creek to explore for creative inspiration. I hope to see you come to classes and new special weekend workshops. For those of you who want to stay closer to home, series of my most popular classes will be available on-line soon!

Update:  Nicole says her last day with a full gallery of art for sale is Jan. 4, the last day of classes is Jan. 7, and she’ll be fully moved out by Jan. 15.
And Avanti Art and Design, 7317 Greenwood Ave. N., is moving just a few blocks north to 7601 Greenwood Ave. N. (the former Pelayo Antiques building, where Stillwell Hanson architects was until recently).
