Dozens of neighborhood businesses nominated for KING 5’s Best of Western Washington poll

KING 5 TV is running its Best of Western Washington viewers’ poll, and a whole bunch of Phinney and Greenwood businesses are in the running for everything from best wedding officiant (A Heavenly Ceremony, which won last year) to favorite art gallery (Bherd Studios) and best sports bar (Bleacher’s Pub.) Vote for your favorites by Oct. 12.
There are too many local businesses for us to list, but we will say that we are well represented in the favorite coffee shop category (Makeda Coffee, Green Bean Coffeehouse, Neptune Coffee, Diva Espresso, Wayward Coffeehouse, Fresh Flours, Café Bambino, and Herkimer); as well as Mediterranean restaurant (Mr. Gyros, Gorgeous George’s, Yanni’s Greek Restaurant, and Olive You, which was sold last month, but still has its Kirkland restaurant.)
